Most administrative jobs require you to hold any graduation degree with just pass marks. The First Class or distinction is not needed. Examples are UPSC Civil Services Examination and State PSC Groups Examinations. Even if you had failed in any subjects during graduation, you are eligible if you clear all backlog exams before applying for a job. However, Technical examinations require more than 50% of the marks. Examples are Central and State Engineering and Medical Services Examinations.
