How to Prepare for UPSC Medical Test?

Most aspirants worry about the medical test. They spend too much time on it thus compromising the preparation time. This is the last thing that you have to worry about. It’s very rare to reject a candidate in the UPSC CSE medical examination.

A medical test is new to you but not new to the team that conducts it. They do it very normally. So you should not worry about it. But follow the below guidelines to make the test easy for you.

  • If you are wearing glasses, then bring a copy of the doctor’s prescription for eyesight.
  • If you have a Tattoo that is not visible when you are dressed, then you may be allowed to keep it. However, if it is recommended to be removed, you should remove it.
  • If you have undergone any surgery, you should bring all documents related to the surgery.

Finally, If you don’t satisfy with the medical report, You are entitled to an appeal to the Higher Medical Board. A chance will also be given for defect correction if any defects are found.
